The 2009 health plans are available for you to review. Should you be considering a 2008 or a 2009 health plan?

2009 Coverage

View 2009 plan information if you:

• are joining a Medicare Advantage plan for the first time;
  
  
• are switching to a new Medicare Advantage plan.

2009 health plans are effective January 1, 2009. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premiums, and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2010.

2008 Coverage

In certain circumstances you may be able to enroll in a 2008 plan.

• would like to review current 2008 plan information;
  
  
• are turning 65 and are newly eligible for Medicare in 2008;
  
  
• have just moved into the plan’s service area;
  
  
• are enrolled in another prescription drug plan or a Medicare Advantage plan whose 2008 contract is terminated;
  
  
• have full Medicaid benefits.
